Summary; Interfaces directly with customers either in person, via telephone or via email

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provide day to day telephone support for sales calls.

Provide product support to customers via telephone and email.

Enters sales orders into the computer system.

Produces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.

Maintain corporate image and reputation.

Conducts marketing analysis to develop product definitions.

Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as service, engineering, and operations to provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.

Attends trade shows.

Develops and maintains a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for products.

Wages negotiable and commensurate with experience.

Now hiring  SERVICE TECHNICIAN:

Must demonstrate ability to trouble shoot and repair Amateur Radio HF transceivers and accessories to component level.

Must have experience repairing analog and digital circuits on printed circuit boards with both through hole and surface mount technology.

Must be able to provide telephone and Email support for vintage and current products.

Knowledge of Microsoft Software for PC is essential.

Amateur license General Class or higher required.

Wages negotiable and commensurate with experience.
